Cucumber – Mango – Salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 cucumbers
  • 1 mango(s), fresh, ripe
  • 4 tbsp chili sauce, sweet

Instructions

Peel the cucumbers, halve them, remove the seeds, and cut them into half-moons. Peel the mangos and dice them. If you don’t have any fresh mangos on hand, frozen ones work well too. They should definitely be ripe. Add the chili sauce, stir, and you’re done! Perfect for a barbecue, and also a great gift because it’s quick to make and doesn’t take long to steep. It also works great with fresh, ripe pineapple or honeydew melon!
