Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 mango(s)
- 1 banana(s)
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese, 10%
- 250 g natural yogurt, 1.5%
- 40 g honey
- 1 pinch of vanilla powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel the banana and mango. Cut the mango flesh around the pit and puree it with the banana in a food processor. Blend the quark, yogurt, and the finished fruit puree with the honey and vanilla until smooth. If you don’t have vanilla powder, you can use a vanilla pod or a packet of vanilla sugar. If you prefer it sweeter, simply add a little more honey—but beware: it’s high in calories.
