Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 50 g raisins
- 40 g coconut flakes, roasted
- 350 g mango puree
- 1 banana(s)
- 150 g yogurt
- 2 tbsp psyllium husks
- 1 dashes lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
with coconut and raisin topping
Chop the raisins and coconut flakes slightly. Blend the mango puree, banana, a little lemon juice, yogurt, and psyllium husks. Pour into two bowls and sprinkle with the topping. Let stand for a while, preferably overnight.
