Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 large mango(s)
- 8 tbsp buttermilk
- 1 dashes lime juice
- 1 tbsp honey or to taste
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel the mango and cut into strips. Mix the buttermilk with lime juice and honey and season to taste. Pour the mango and buttermilk into bowls or onto plates and serve chilled.
