Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g mango pulp, diced
- 300 ml carrot juice, unsweetened
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 pinches of ginger powder
- 300 ml buttermilk
- some mint, fresh
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Puree mango, carrot juice, lime juice, ginger, buttermilk and mint in a blender and serve in glasses.
