Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g mango pulp, diced
  • 300 ml carrot juice, unsweetened
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 pinches of ginger powder
  • 300 ml buttermilk
  • some mint, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Puree mango, carrot juice, lime juice, ginger, buttermilk and mint in a blender and serve in glasses.
