Mango Chili Dip

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 large mango(s)
  • 3 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 chili pepper(s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

It’s best to use a nicely ripe mango, which you can tell by the orange color of the skin. Cut the mango into pieces and puree it using a food processor or hand blender. Add 3 tablespoons of yogurt to the puree and about 1-2 cm of chili. If you like it spicier, add more. Blend everything together again, making sure the chili is small; otherwise, blend a little longer. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
