Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 125 g sugar
- 2 small cans of mango(s), 250 g each, or fresh mango slices
- 125 g margarine (half-fat margarine)
- 1 pack of pudding powder (chocolate pudding)
- 100 ml milk, 1.5% fat
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 210 g flour, can also be 1/3 wholemeal flour
- e.g. bitter almond flavor, or amaretto liqueur
- Powdered sugar, for sprinkling

Line a springform pan with parchment paper and grease the sides. Cut the mango into small strips or pieces. Mix the first eight ingredients (except the fruit) into a batter. Pour the batter into the springform pan and arrange the mango strips on top, pressing them in lightly. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes. Once cooled, sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar.
