Mango curd

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 mango(s), ripe
  • 250 ml curdled milk, 3.5% fat
  • 1 tsp, heaped Stevia, in powder form
  • possibly milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

quick, easy dessert, sweetened with stevia

Pit and peel the mango, and place the flesh in a tall mixing bowl (or similar container). I personally always cut the fruit open with a sharp knife, then twist the two halves apart and scoop out the pit with a spoon. I cut off any flesh still attached to the pit. I scoop out the remaining flesh in the halves like a kiwi. Since the mixture will be pureed anyway, the appearance is irrelevant. Measure the sour milk and add it to the pulp along with the stevia. Puree everything until smooth. If it’s too thick for your taste, you can add a little more regular milk.
