Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 large mango(s)
- 1 tsp curry powder
- some pineapple juice
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel the mango and cut into small pieces. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Then add about 1 teaspoon of curry powder. Add the mango pieces and fry. Deglaze with pineapple juice and heat for about 2 more minutes (do not boil). Season to taste with salt and pepper. Let cool or serve warm.
