Mango Dessert
The perfect mango dessert recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Can Mango preserve in slices
- 500 ml Natural yoghurt
- 200 ml Whipped cream
- 2 packet Vanilla sugar
- 2 packet Ground gelatin
- 1 shot Whiskey
- Sugar to taste
- Finely puree the mango and mix with the yoghurt, add the vanilla sugar and a dash of whiskey. Now stir in the gelatine and add sugar to taste.
- Whip the whipped cream until stiff and fold into the mixture.
- Fill portion glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
