Mango Dessert

The perfect mango dessert recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Can Mango preserve in slices
  • 500 ml Natural yoghurt
  • 200 ml Whipped cream
  • 2 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 2 packet Ground gelatin
  • 1 shot Whiskey
  • Sugar to taste
  1. Finely puree the mango and mix with the yoghurt, add the vanilla sugar and a dash of whiskey. Now stir in the gelatine and add sugar to taste.
  2. Whip the whipped cream until stiff and fold into the mixture.
  3. Fill portion glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
