Ingredients
 

  • 1 can Mango preserve in slices
  • 500 ml Natural yoghurt
  • 200 ml Whipped cream
  • 2 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 2 packet Ground gelatin
  • 1 shot Whiskey
  • Sugar to taste

Instructions
 

  • Finely puree the mango and mix with the yoghurt, add the vanilla sugar and a dash of whiskey. Now stir in the gelatine and add sugar to taste.
  • Whip the whipped cream until stiff and fold into the mixture.
  • Fill portion glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
