Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 mango(s)
- 1 cm ginger
- some juice (mango juice or orange juice)
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- curry
- Salt
- some butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel the mango and dice it. Heat the butter in a pan. Fry the mango in it and dust with a little curry powder. Peel the ginger and roughly chop it. Add it to the mango and add a little juice. If the mango is already very soft, you don’t need to cook it much longer; if it’s quite hard, simmer it until it softens. Then puree the whole thing. Finally, season with a squeeze of lemon juice and salt.
