Mango, Melon and Tomato Salad

The perfect mango, melon and tomato salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Melon fresh
  • 150 g Galia melon
  • 7 small Romana tomatoes
  • 1 Spring onions fresh
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 10 Mint leaves
  • 1 piece Chilli fresh
  • 3 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Mango balsamic vinegar
  • 1 pinch Sugar brown raw sugar
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Core, peel and dice the mango and melon. Cut the spring onion (with the tuber) into slices. Cut the tomatoes into slices. Chop the mint, chilli and garlic. Mix these ingredients together.
  2. Whisk the olive oil with the balsamic vinegar and pour over the salad. Season the salad with salt, pepper and sugar.
  3. You can also replace the mint with rosemary, basil or coriander.
  4. There were red lentil balls with the salad.
