Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g quark
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 50 ml milk
  • 50 g powdered sugar as desired
  • 2 large nectarines
  • 1 half mango(s)
  • e.g. walnut kernels

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine the quark, milk, and sour cream in a mixer and sprinkle in the sugar. Dice the fruit. Layer the fruit cubes and quark alternately in dessert bowls. Finally, sprinkle a few fruit cubes and, if desired, walnuts on top for decoration. This batch easily serves 4-6 servings and, despite its simplicity, tastes incredibly delicious on warm days.
