Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 onions
- 250 g minced meat (low-fat ground beef)
- 2 tbsp butter or
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 50 g noodles, Turkish soup noodles (Erishte) or other
- 250 g yogurt (preferably a little firmer)
- Salt
- pepper
- Paprika powder, hot
Instructions

Güzel hanim corbasi – soup with meatballs
Peel and finely grate one onion. Mix the minced meat with salt, pepper, and onion, and form into small balls. Place on a floured tray. Sauté the fat and the second grated onion in a saucepan. Add 1/2 liter of water and season with salt and pepper. When the water boils, add the balls. After 5 minutes, add the soup noodles. Finally, stir in the yogurt and heat the soup until hot, but do not boil. Season to taste with hot paprika.
