Mango yogurt cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 large mango(s), ripe
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • ½ lemon(s), juice
  • Sugar, to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

A fruity experience

Cut the mango into two pieces. Cut one half into small cubes and set aside. Finely puree the other half with the sugar, vanilla sugar, yogurt, and lemon juice. Cream the sour cream until creamy and stir into the mango cream. Whip the cream until stiff and stir it into the cream along with the remaining mango pieces. The cream must be refrigerated for at least 1 hour.
