Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 12 carrots
- Vegetable broth, instant
- some maple syrup
- some butter
- 1 pinch of salt
- some nutmeg
- some orange peel (zest)
- some parsley, flat, finely chopped
Instructions

Canadian recipe
Peel and slice the carrots. Boil them in water with a little vegetable stock until soft, then drain well. Drizzle with a little maple syrup, orange zest, and butter and mix well. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg and garnish with parsley.
