molding

  • 100 g Dark chocolate
  • 10 g Coconut oil
  • 100 g Cream
  • 25 g Milk chocolate
  1. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Grease a bundt pan and dust with breadcrumbs. Pour the cherries into a colander and drain well.
  1. Mix the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar with the whisk of the mixer until creamy. Mix in the eggs one by one. Mix flour with baking powder and stir in briefly. Halve the dough. Stir the cocoa and milk into one half.
  1. Pour half of the light-colored dough into the pan and smooth it out. Put half of the dark dough on top. Spread half of the cherries evenly on top. Then also distribute the remaining light batter, the dark batter and the cherries on top. Bake in the oven for about 60 minutes. Take the finished cake out of the oven, let it cool in the tin for about 10 minutes, then turn it out and let it cool completely.
  1. Break the dark chocolate into pieces for the topping. Heat the cream and coconut oil, melt the chocolate in it. Let cool for 5 minutes and then stir vigorously. Spread the topping on the cooled cake. Peel off the milk chocolate with the peeler and sprinkle the still moist glaze with it.
