Delicious Marble Bundt Cake

- 4 Pc. Eggs
- 250 g Soft butter
- 250 g Sugar
- 500 g Flour
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 7 tbsp Milk
- 200 g Dark couverture
- 5 tbsp Cocoa powder
- Colorful sprinkles
- Chocolate sprinkles
- Mix the butter with the sugar. Gradually stir in the eggs. Mix the flour with the baking powder, then pass through a sieve and then slowly (I always use a spoon for this) add the butter and eggs. Then add the milk and stir until the ingredients are well mixed together. Now divide the dough and mix one half with the cocoa powder. If you like it darker, you can also use more cocoa powder (but then add some milk). Put the light dough in a well-greased bundt cake, put the dark dough on top and use a fork to lift the dark dough under the light. After baking (55 to 60 minutes at 160 ° C – top / bottom heat) let it cool down and, once it has cooled down, coat it with the couverture. If you like it colorful, you can sprinkle the cake with sprinkles (whether colorful, chocolate or even both). Before I take the cake out of the baking pan, I leave it in the baking pan for about a quarter to half an hour.
