Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g flour
  • 250 g margarine
  • 250 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • ¼ liter of milk
  • 30 g cocoa powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Whisk the eggs with the sugar, vanilla sugar, and margarine until smooth. Gradually stir in the flour, baking powder, and milk. Spread half of the batter into a greased bundt pan. Mix the other half with cocoa powder and pour it onto the light-colored half of the batter. Stir the batter into the pan with a fork. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 50 minutes.
