Sparkling wine jelly with pomegranate seeds

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 5 sheets of white gelatin
  • 150 ml grape juice, light
  • 60 g sugar
  • 350 ml sparkling wine, dry
  • 8 tbsp pomegranate seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Soak the gelatin in cold water. Bring the grape juice and sugar to a boil. Squeeze the gelatin well, add it to the sugar mixture, and dissolve it. Remove the pan from the heat and let the mixture cool for 10 minutes. Then carefully stir in the sparkling wine. Ladle the liquid into dessert bowls and refrigerate for about 1 hour. Just before setting, scatter the pomegranate seeds among the bowls and refrigerate for another hour.
