Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 cup(s) sugar (lactose)
- 2 cups flour (whole grain)
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 4 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 cup mineral water
- 1 cup oil (sunflower oil)
- 2 tsp cocoa powder

Mix the baking powder into the flour, then add all the remaining ingredients (except the cocoa) to a mixing bowl and mix with a mixer. Pour half of the batter into a greased bundt pan, then mix the other half with the cocoa. Carefully fold the dark batter into the light batter, using a fork, for example. Preheat the oven to 170°C and bake the cake for about 1 hour using conventional oven heating.
