Marble Fudge

The perfect marble fudge recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Dark chocolate
  • 150 g White chocolate
  • 400 g Sweetened condensed milk (milkmaid)
  1. This recipe is a real death-by-chocolate treat !!!
  2. Line the square shape approx. 15x15cm with baking paper. It is best to fix it with adhesive tape at the edges so that nothing can slip. Divide the sweetened condensed milk into two small pots.
  3. Chop the dark chocolate and place in one of the pots with the condensed milk. Heat while stirring over low heat until the chocolate has completely melted and a homogeneous mass is formed. Then pour the warm chocolate mixture into the mold and smooth it out.
  4. Now chop the white chocolate and melt the chocolate in the other pot and just like with the dark chocolate and pour the chocolate mass into the mold and smooth it out.
  5. Use a wooden skewer or fork to pull through both chocolate masses to create the pattern.
  6. Chill the mold for at least 8 hours so that the mass sets.
  7. Now carefully lift the fudge out of the mold with the baking paper and slowly loosen the edge of the paper.
  8. Now just cut into pieces approx. 2×2 cm and enjoy.
  9. Tip 9: If stored in a cool place, they can be kept for up to 2 weeks. If you don’t have a 15×15 pan at hand, you can also use a standard springform pan, but in order to achieve the correct height of the fudge, double the amount of ingredients must be used
