Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 170 g flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 60 g chocolate flakes
- 50 g hazelnuts, ground
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 60 g brown sugar
- 50 g cocoa powder
- 80 g icing sugar, for dusting
- 3 eggs, depending on size
- 175 g butter, soft
- 3 tbsp milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Preheat the oven to 190°C (top/bottom heat). Line a small, tall baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well. In a second bowl, cream the butter until fluffy, then add the milk and gradually stir in the eggs. Then mix well with the dry ingredients until a thick batter forms. Pour the batter onto the baking sheet and bake for about 30 minutes, depending on your oven. This is the standard brownie recipe at my child’s daycare, which they created or adapted together with the teachers.
