Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 400 ml buttermilk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 packet of baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

despite buttermilk very tasty, quick and easy

Mix all ingredients thoroughly with a dough hook. Shape into a loaf and place on baking paper, without a baking sheet, in the oven. Bake at 175-180°C fan-assisted oven for 1/2 – 3/4 hour, depending on the browning.
