Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 bananas
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Butter for the pan

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

no milk, no gluten, low sodium

Mash the bananas, then add the eggs and cinnamon. Stir the ingredients until the batter is smooth. Heat a pan over medium-low heat and add a little butter. Pour the batter into the pan with a ladle and cook the pancakes until golden brown on both sides. Decorate as desired and serve.
