Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 50 g butter
- 1 tube(s) Tomato paste
- 400 ml cream
- 100 ml milk
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 400 g cooked ham, sliced
- Parmesan, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Melt the butter in a saucepan and mix thoroughly with the tomato paste. Add the cream and milk, season with garlic, salt, and pepper. Roll the ham slices into small rolls and place them in the sauce. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
