Raclette with salmon and mozzarella

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 200 g salmon, cut into thin slices
  • 6 cocktail tomatoes, sliced
  • 100 g fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 2 balls of mozzarella
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove(s) garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Pluck the basil leaves from the stems and finely chop. Peel the garlic and finely chop as well. Then dice the mozzarella balls. Place the cubes in a bowl and mix with the basil, garlic, and olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Now add the salmon to the raclette pan. Place the tomato and mushroom slices on top of the salmon, then top with the mozzarella mixture. Sizzle for about 4 minutes, until the mozzarella melts.
