Sour (or blue) tips

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 liter of water
  • 1 cup vinegar (1/2 cup vinegar, 1 cup white wine if desired)
  • 3 onions
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 4 pieces of pork sausage

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Bring the water and vinegar to a boil. Add the onion rings, salt, sugar, and bay leaves. Place the sausages in the cooked broth and let it simmer for about 15 minutes. Serve in a shallow dish with some of the broth and plenty of onion rings.
