Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g mushrooms, small
- 1 tsp butter
- lemon juice
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- Salt
- pepper
- Allspice
- 1 bay leaf
- ½ cup(s) white wine
- Parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes
Clean the mushrooms, but do not chop them. Melt the butter in a nonstick pan, briefly toss the mushrooms in it, and drizzle with lemon juice. Add the crushed garlic clove(s), spices, bay leaf, and white wine. Bring to a boil briefly, then let cool. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve with half a slice of whole-grain bread.
