Marinated Mushrooms for Grilling

Ingredients
 

  • 450 g Small mushrooms
  • 2 Pc. Garlic cloves, pressed through
  • 5 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 5 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • Salt pepper
  • 1 Splash Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Frozen parsley as desired
  • Mushroom seasoning to taste

Instructions
 

  • Clean the mushrooms and place in a bowl. Mix the ingredients for the marinade and pour over the mushrooms. Cover and let stand in the refrigerator for a while.
  • Put the mushrooms on skewers and place in grill pans. Grill on the grill for a few minutes at not too high a heat, turning if necessary.
