Ingredients
- 450 g Small mushrooms
- 2 Pc. Garlic cloves, pressed through
- 5 tbsp Soy sauce
- 5 tbsp Sunflower oil
- Salt pepper
- 1 Splash Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- Frozen parsley as desired
- Mushroom seasoning to taste
Instructions
- Clean the mushrooms and place in a bowl. Mix the ingredients for the marinade and pour over the mushrooms. Cover and let stand in the refrigerator for a while.
- Put the mushrooms on skewers and place in grill pans. Grill on the grill for a few minutes at not too high a heat, turning if necessary.
