Marinated Oyster Mushrooms

The perfect marinated oyster mushrooms recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 gr Oyster mushrooms
  • 1 Small onion
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 4 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Sherry
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 4 tbsp Parsely
  • Salt pepper oil
  1. Clean mushrooms with a mushroom brush and cut in half depending on size. Peel the onion and cut into strips. Melt the butter over medium heat and simmer the mushrooms for 3-4 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Now add the shrerry, balsamic vinegar and honey and stir. Add chopped parsley and finally a few good drops of olive oil and let cool for at least 30 minutes.
