Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 10 pork neck chops
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tsp paprika powder
- ½ tsp pepper
- 4 tsp garlic, chopped or
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp basil, dried
- 1 tsp marjoram, dried
- 1 tsp thyme, dried
- onion(s), to taste
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Mix all the herbs together. Brush the chops with oil, scatter the herbs over the chops, and then refrigerate for 2 days. Bake in a medium oven (drip pan) at 250 degrees Celsius (480 degrees Fahrenheit). During the last 20 minutes, arrange thin onion rings around the edges.
