Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat (slightly seasoned)
  • 500 g mixed peppers
  • 500 g goulash
  • 500 g onion(s), in rings
  • 500 g pork (belly meat – Wammerl or smoked)
  • 2 small bottles of sauce (shashlik sauce)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Place everything in a baking dish in order. Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 180°C (top and bottom heat).
