Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 500 g minced meat (slightly seasoned)
- 500 g mixed peppers
- 500 g goulash
- 500 g onion(s), in rings
- 500 g pork (belly meat – Wammerl or smoked)
- 2 small bottles of sauce (shashlik sauce)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Place everything in a baking dish in order. Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 180°C (top and bottom heat).
