simple and delicious, ideal for salmon lovers

Peel and finely dice the garlic cloves, then sprinkle with salt and mash into a paste with a small spoon. Peel and finely dice the ginger. Place both in a bowl and mix with the remaining ingredients. The consistency should be quite runny, but will thicken slightly during baking. Then cover and let stand for a while. Place the salmon in the marinade about 20 minutes before placing it in the oven. Cook at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15 minutes. During cooking, occasionally spoon a little more of the marinade over the salmon. Finally, remove the salmon from the oven and pour the marinade over it again. If you like, you can also use the remaining marinade as a sauce for the salmon. It goes well with almost any side dish, such as pasta, potatoes, or salad.
