Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 pork chop(s) (neck chop), boned
- 2 onions
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- Paprika powder
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 bunch parsley, chopped
- 3 tbsp red wine, tart
- 1 small jar of olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 10 minutes
Grilled meat in Saarland and the marinade
Rub the meat with salt, pepper, paprika, and nutmeg. Layer the meat alternately with sliced onions, finely chopped garlic, and parsley. Mix olive oil with the red wine and pour over the meat. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours, turning the meat occasionally. Grill the meat.
