Marinated Soy Medallions

The perfect marinated soy medallions recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 5 size Dried soy medallions
  • 5 size Water
  • 5 size Olive oil
  • 5 size Herbs of Provence
  • 5 size Paprika powder
  • 5 size Salt and pepper
  1. Pour hot water over the medallions in a bowl and let them steep for about 10 minutes. Then pour away the rest of the water. Spread some oil on the medallions. Season to taste with the herbs, paprika powder, salt and pepper and let it steep for about 1 hour. Then grill or fry the marinated medallions.
