Marinated tuna steak

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 tuna steaks
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce, sweet (Ketjap Manis)
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper
  • some chili pepper(s), dried, crumbled

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Adobo tuna steak

Finely chop the garlic and place it in a bowl. Then add the soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, and oil. Mix well and season with salt, pepper, and chili. Now add the tuna steaks to the marinade, toss them well, and refrigerate for 1 hour. Then grill or fry them briefly. Serve with basmati rice and salad.
