Pork loin with marjoram sauce – home cooking

Cut the pork loin into thin slices (approx. 7 mm thick), then fry in batches in a pan with oil or butter until crispy and season with salt and pepper. Once all the slices are browned, drain on a kitchen towel. Meanwhile, in a tall saucepan, combine the onion with cream, marjoram, salt, and pepper to taste. Add the pork loin slices and simmer for about 5-10 minutes. Then add the crème fraîche and simmer briefly until the sauce has thickened slightly. Serve with rice and a green salad.
