Green noodles with meatballs

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g bratwurst (meat)
  • 250 g tagliatelle, green
  • 200 g cream, sweet
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta. Form the meatballs into balls and fry in a nonstick pan. Slice the carrots and fry briefly. Deglaze with the cream and season with salt and pepper. Press the garlic clove and add it. Add the pasta and simmer for about 10 minutes. Sprinkle with the chives before serving.
