Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g chocolate, for baking
  • 4 eggs
  • 125 g powdered sugar
  • 4 tbsp flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Gateau Compaet

Preheat oven to 150 degrees Celsius. Grease a springform pan thoroughly and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Add the butter and increase the gas to high. Add the powdered sugar and then the egg yolks. Stir in the flour. Reduce the gas to low. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in. Pour into the pan and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes. Do not open the oven during baking, as this may cause the cake to collapse.
