Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 400 g whipped cream
- 1 pack of cream pudding powder or almond or vanilla pudding powder
- 2 tbsp, heaped pistachios, ground or chopped
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 large can/s of pineapple slice(s)
- 300 g marshmallow(s), white

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Our exchange student’s family favorite dessert
Drain the pineapple in a sieve, reserving the juice. Whip the cream with the sugar and custard powder until stiff peaks form. Stir in the pistachios and a little pineapple juice to create a smooth cream. Cut the pineapple slices into bite-sized pieces and roughly tear the marshmallows apart. Mix everything together well in a large bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
