Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 burger buns
- 75 g bacon, cut into strips
- 2 eggs
- some processed cheese
- salt and pepper
- some oil

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
quick and easy
Halve the rolls and toast them in a toaster until crispy. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Fry the bacon strips in the remaining fat until crispy. Then spread the cheese on the rolls and top with the egg and bacon strips.
