Marzipan almond balls in dark chocolate

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g marzipan paste
  • 16 almonds, blanched, whole kernels
  • 80 g dark chocolate coating
  • 20 g coconut oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 15 minutes

16 crispy marzipan balls

Roast the almonds in a small pan without fat and let cool. Shape the marzipan mixture into approximately 16 balls, placing an almond in each ball. Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil over a pan of warm water. Dip the balls into the chocolate, place them on a sheet of baking paper with a fork, and let them dry.
