Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 egg whites
  • 125 g powdered sugar
  • 170 g desiccated coconut
  • 125 g powdered sugar
  • 400 g marzipan paste, diced
  • some rum as needed, optional
  • 2 drops of lemon flavor
  • wafers

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

1. Mixture: Beat egg whites until stiff. Stir in the powdered sugar and coconut flakes. 2. Mix the powdered sugar, marzipan cubes, rum, and lemon flavoring. Mix both mixtures together. Pour onto the wafers and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake for 40 minutes at approximately 100-150°C.
