Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 250 g wheat flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 75 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs, size M
- 125 g butter or margarine, melted and cooled
- 150 ml milk
- 100 g marzipan paste
- 250 g grapes, seedless
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
For the batter, combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Add the eggs, butter, and milk and mix to form a batter. Cut the marzipan into very small pieces and fold in. Grease and flour the muffin tin. Pour the batter into the muffin tin and press 2-3 washed and stemmed grapes into the batter. Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 180 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes. Let the muffins cool and dust with powdered sugar. Tip: Serve lukewarm with vanilla sauce.
