Mascarpone and curd dessert with blueberries

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g mascarpone
  • 100 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 100 g cream
  • ½ lemon(s), zest and juice
  • 1 pot of yogurt, approx. 150 – 200 g
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • some blueberries, approx. 250 g

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Blend everything except the blueberries until smooth. Add the grated zest and lemon juice and stir again. Then divide some of the mixture into dessert glasses or bowls. Place the blueberries on top and cover with the rest of the mixture. Refrigerate the glasses until ready to serve.
