Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 200 g yogurt
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 300 g fruits or berries of your choice
  • 30 g almond flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick, super delicious dessert

Combine the mascarpone, yogurt, sugar, and vanilla sugar with a hand mixer. Wash the fruit or berries and cut them into bite-sized pieces, if desired. Layer the dessert either in a large bowl (one layer of fruit, then one layer of mascarpone cream, etc.) or pour the cream into glasses and garnish with the fruit. If desired, you can sprinkle with pan-roasted flaked almonds.
