Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 ½ kg potatoes, floury or mostly waxy
- 125 ml milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 10 g butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Quarter the peeled and washed potatoes and boil until soft. Drain the water and mash the potatoes with a masher. Stir in the salt and butter with a spoon, then add the milk while stirring until the desired consistency is reached.
