Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 800 g potatoes, floury
- 500 g carrot(s)
- ¼ liter milk or cream
- 1 piece(s) butter
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Puree with a twist
Peel the potatoes and carrots and boil them until tender. Mash them with a masher, add the milk and butter, and mix with a hand mixer until smooth. Season to taste with the spices mentioned above. Goes well with anything you’d eat regular mashed potatoes with.
