Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg potatoes, floury
- 1 thick garlic clove(s)
- 3 bay leaves
- 150 ml olive oil
- 100g chorizo
- 100 g bacon
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Paprika seasoning, cheap, student
Peel the potatoes, add them to a pot with cold water, salt, bay leaves, and garlic, and bring to a boil. Dice the chorizo and bacon and fry them in the pan. Season with paprika. Reduce heat and keep warm in the pan. Remove the potatoes from the heat. Remove the bay leaf and garlic and mash the potatoes. Mix into the pan. Oven-toasted white bread goes well with this.
